San Diego County's median home price has not change for the fourth straight month, according to the Union-Tribune. The county's median price stood at $325,000 in November, reported MDA DataQuick yesterday. It's the first time in 21 years of record keeping that the median price has stayed the same for so long. Factors for the steady price include continued demand for lower-cost homes, historically low interest rates, reduced inventory of homes listed for sale and a overall improvement in economic conditions.
