With negotiations to buy land hitting an impasse, San Diego Gas & Electric Co. is heading to court for the land it needs to build the Sunrise Powerlink, according to the Union-Tribune. The company is continuing with construction plans as it awaits approval of its route through the Cleveland National Forest and the resolution of other legal issues.
